Step #1 Cook carrots & 1/2 c water In a large-ish nonstick skillet over high heat, stirring every once in awhile, 3 to 5 mins or until carrots are softened & water is evaporated.
Step #2 Remove from skillet.
Step #3 Reduce heat to medium.
Step #4 Cook turkey in skillet about 5 mins, stirring until turkey crumbles & is no longer pink.
