Pecan Pimiento Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8-oz) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 (8-oz) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp finely grated onion
  • 1 (4-oz) jar sliced pimiento, drained
  • 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 3/4 c toasted sliced pecans

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first five ingredients in a bowl; stir in the cheeses & pecans.
  • Step #2 Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
