Ingredients
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c salsa verde or prepared tomatillo salsa
  •  Salt & pepper
  • 3 to 4 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 lbs firm-ripe to ripe avocados

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel & pit avocados.
  • Step #2 Coarsely mash with a fork or beat with a mixer.
  • Step #3 Add salsa, lemon juice, & salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #4 Nutritional analysis per tbsp.
