Chutney-and-blue Cheese Patè Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (9-oz) jar cranberry chutney
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsps dry sherry
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 (4-oz) blue cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together cheeses & next 3 ingredients In a large-ish bowl until mixed.
  • Step #2 Spread mixture evenly into a 4-c shallow serving dish.
  • Step #3 Cover up & chill 8 hrs.
  • Step #4 Spread chutney evenly over top of patè; sprinkle with green onions.
  • Step #5 Garnish, if desired.
