Chicken Broccoli Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (16 oz) package spaghetti
  • 1 lb process cheese (eg. Velveeta), cubed
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 2 c fresh broccoli florets

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chicken in a large skillet & cover with water; bring to a boil.
  • Step #2 Reduce heat; cover & let simmer for 12-14 mins or until juices run clear.
  • Step #3 Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  • Step #4 Drain chicken & cut into cubes; set aside.
  • Step #5 In a saucepan, cook broccoli in a small amount of water for 5-8 mins or until crisp-tender.
  • Step #6 Drain & set aside.
  • Step #7 In the same pan, mix soups & water.
  • Step #8 Stir in cheese.
  • Step #9 ; cook & stir until cheese is melted.
  • Step #10 Add the chicken, broccoli & pepper; heat through.
  • Step #11 Stir in spaghetti; mix well.
  • Step #12 Transfer to two greased 8-in.
  • Step #13 square baking dishes.
  • Step #14 Cover & freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Step #15 Or bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-40 mins or until lightly browned & edges are bubbly.
  • Step #16 To bake frozen casserole: Completely thaw in the refrigerator.
  • Step #17 Cover & bake this at 350 degrees F for 45-50 mins or until heated through.
