Step #1 In a mixer, 1 c all-purpose flour, 1 c milk, mix 3 large eggs, & 2 tbsps melted butter; whirl until smooth.
Step #2 Set a 10-inch nonstick frying pan over medium to medium-high heat.
Step #3 When hot, coat lightly with melted butter.
Step #4 Immediately pour 1/3 c crêpe batter into hot pan & tilt to coat bottom.
Step #5 If there are a few holes, drizzle with a little batter to fill in.
Step #6 Cook crêpe until edge is lightly browned & surface looks dry, 30 to 60 seconds.
Step #7 Run a spatula under crêpe edge to loosen.
Step #8 Turn over & brown other side lightly, 10 to 20 seconds.
Step #9 Tip pan over a plate to release crêpe.
Step #10 Repeat to cook remaining batter, stacking cooked crêpes.
