Step #2 Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise; discard seeds & membranes.

Step #4 Broil 15 mins or until blackened.

Step #6 Let stand for 10 mins.
Step #7 Peel & cut into strips.
Step #8 Combine peppers & salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
Step #9 Place bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 min on each side or until toasted.
Step #10 Combine ripe olives & the next 6 ingredients (through garlic) in a small bowl.
Step #11 Spoon about 1 tbsp olive mixture onto each toast slice; top evenly with pepper strips, & sprinkle each serving with 1 1/2 tsps crumbled goat cheese.
Step #12 Cut each panino in half.
