Step #1 Prick pork tenderloins several times with a fork.
Step #2 Combine soy sauce, bourbon, & brown sugar in a shallow dish or zip-top freezer bag; add tenderloins.
Step #3 Cover up or seal, or, if desired, & let this stand 30 mins at about room temp, chill 8 hrs.
Step #4 Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
Step #5 Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 12 mins on each side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 155°.
Step #6 Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
Step #7 Stir together sour cream & next 4 ingredients; serve this with pork.
Step #8 Note: Pork tenderloins may be baked at 500º for 20 to 25 mins, if desired, instead of grilled.
