Grilled Shrimp With Sangrita Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 avocados, peeled & cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  •  Seafood Brine
  •  Sangrita
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsps dry white wine
  • 1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps finely sliced garlic
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

Directions
  • Step #1 Add shrimp to Seafood Brine, cover, & put in the fridge for up to 1 hr.
  • Step #2 Combine olive oil, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic, & wine.
  • Step #3 Remove shrimp from brine, & rinse thoroughly.
  • Step #4 Toss shrimp with the marinade to coat, cover, & put in the fridge 1 hr.
  • Step #5 Grill shrimp over medium-hot coals 3 to 5 mins per side or until done.
  • Step #6 Ladle a shallow pool of Sangrita into soup or pasta bowls.
  • Step #7 Top with shrimp & avocados.
