Mini Quiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsps sliced fresh sage leaves
  • 6 prebaked puff-pastry shells
  • 1/3 c grated Fontina cheese
  •  Crumbled bacon

Directions
  • Step #1 Slice eggs crosswise & place 1 in each prebaked puff-pastry shells (found in the frozen-food section).
  • Step #2 Top with fresh sage & grated Fontina cheese.
  • Step #3 Bake at 400° F until the cheese melts (about 5 mins).
  • Step #4 Garnish each tiny quiche with crumbled bacon, if desired.
