Creamy Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley
  • 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely sliced
  • 1/3 c freshly grated parmesan
  • 2 oz (about 1/2 c) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Whirl all ingredients in a food-processor bowl until mixture is mixed & artichokes break into small pieces.
