Blue Cheese-bacon Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps sliced walnuts, toasted
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  •  Flatbread or assorted crackers
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 c half-and-half
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh chives
  • 7 bacon slices, sliced
  •  Grape clusters

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook sliced bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 10 mins or until crisp.
  • Step #2 Drain bacon, & set aside.
  • Step #3 Add minced garlic to skillet, & sauté 1 min.
  • Step #4 Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Step #5 Add half-and-half, beating until mixd.
  • Step #6 Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, & chives.
  • Step #7 Spoon mixture evenly into 4 (1-c) individual baking dishes.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350° for 15 mins or until golden & bubbly.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top evenly with sliced walnuts, & serve this with grape clusters & flatbread or assorted crackers.
