Snappy Reuben Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 (8-oz) package put in the fridged crescent rolls
  • 2 tbsps Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 2 Swiss cheese slices, cut into 16 (1/2-inch) strips
  • 8 (1/2-oz) thinly sliced deli corned beef slices
  • 1 (10-oz) can sauerkraut, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Unroll crescent rolls, & separate into 8 triangles.
  • Step #2 Roll each dough portion into a 7-inch triangle.
  • Step #3 Stir together sauerkraut, salad dressing, & mustard.
  • Step #4 Place 1 corned beef slice across wide side of 1 triangle, folding to fit, if necessary.
  • Step #5 Spread 2 tbsps sauerkraut mixture over corned beef, & top this with 2 cheese strips.
  • Step #6 Roll up, beginning with wide end of triangle.
  • Step #7 Repeat with remaining triangles, corned beef, sauerkraut mixture, & cheese.
  • Step #8 Place rolls, point sides down, on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Step #9 Bake rolls at 375° for 15 to 17 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #10 NOTE: Rolls may be baked & frozen.
  • Step #11 To reheat, thaw at about room temp 15 mins; cover with foil wrap, & bake this at 375° for 25 mins.
  • Step #12 Uncover & bake 4 mins.
