Delicious Easy Chicken Francese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp sliced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions
  • Step #1 Coat chicken with flour, then egg beat, then saute in a large skillet until almost cooked through.
  • Step #2 Drain on paper toweling.
  • Step #3 Preheat oven to 300F degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Step #4 In a medium saucepan mix the wine, salt & pepper to taste, broth, parsley, butter or margarine & lemon juice over medium low heat.
  • Step #5 Stir together while heating slowly.
  • Step #6 When butter or margarine has melted, slowly stir in the cornstarch until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Step #7 Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish & pour the sauce over all.
  • Step #8 Bake at 300F degrees F (150 degrees C) for about 10 to 15 mins, or until chicken is cooked through & juices run clear.
