Cream Cheese Cookie Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (18 oz) package put in the fridged chocolate chip cooke dough
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsps butter, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut cookie dough in half (save one portion for another use).
  • Step #2 With floured hands, press about 1 tbsp of dough onto the bottom & up the sides of 12 ungreased miniature muffin c.
  • Step #3 Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 mins or until lightly browned.
  • Step #4 Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, reshape the puffed cookie c.
  • Step #5 Cool for 5 mins before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Step #6 In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter & vanilla until mixed.
  • Step #7 Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar.
  • Step #8 Spoon into cookie c.
  • Step #9 Store in the refrigerator.
