Ingredients
  • 3/4 c toffee bits (such as Skor) (about 4 oz)
  • 3/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 6 Granny Smith apples, each cored & cut into 8 wedges
  • 6 Red Delicious apples, each cored & cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 (8-oz) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 c pineapple juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add toffee bits, & mix well.
  • Step #3 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #4 Combine juice & apples in a bowl; toss well.
  • Step #5 Drain apples; serve this with dip.
