Grilled Shrimp Pincho Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c Guava Glaze
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 12 (6-inch) bamboo skewers
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 ají dulce peppers, quartered
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 orange, cut into 12 wedges

Directions
  • Step #1 Soak skewers in water 1 hr, & prepare grill.
  • Step #2 Toss shrimp with garlic & oil.
  • Step #3 Wrap each shrimp around a pepper piece, & thread onto a skewer.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Grill skewers 2 mins on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Step #6 Remove skewers from grill.
  • Step #7 Brush shrimp with Guava Glaze.
  • Step #8 Add 1 orange wedge to end of each skewer.
