Buttery Dijon Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen large eggs, hard-cooked & peeled
  • 1/4 c butter, softened
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  •  Paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  •  Ground white pepper to taste
  •  Salt to taste
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks.
  • Step #2 Mash yolks; stir in the butter & next 4 ingredients.
  • Step #3 Stir in salt & white pepper to taste.
  • Step #4 Spoon or pipe yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with paprika, if desired.
  • Step #6 Cover up & chill at least 1 hr or until ready to serve.
