Crab And Snow Pea Tartlets Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps minced celery
  • 30 pods snow peas, blanched
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 c crabmeat
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 24 (3 inch) tart shells, baked
  • 2 tbsps thinly sliced green onion

Directions
  • Step #1 Place pea pods & the crabmeat in a food processor/blender, pulse just until sliced.
  • Step #2 Add the egg, celery, mayonnaise, onion & mustard.
  • Step #3 Pulse briefly, just until mixed together.
  • Step #4 Spoon into tart shells & chill.
