Step #1 Process jalapeño & bell peppers in a food processor/blender until smooth.
Step #2 Combine pepper puree, sugar, & vinegar in a nonaluminum saucepan.
Step #3 Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Step #4 Boil 3 mins; stir in the pectin & lime juice.
Step #5 Boil, stirring constantly, 1 min.
Step #6 Remove from heat, & skim off foam with a metal spoon.
Step #7 Pour into hot, sterilized jars, filling to 1/4 inch from top; wipe jar rims.
Step #8 Cover up at once with metal lids, & screw on bands; cool.
Step #9 Store in refrigerator.
Step #10 Serve over cream cheese with crackers or toast as an appetizer, or with meats as a relish.
