Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp
  • 1 c Italian Breadcrumb Mix
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 tsps dried granulated garlic
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel shrimp, & devein, if desired; place this In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top with garlic & seasoned salt, tossing to coat.
  • Step #3 Add olive oil, tossing well.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with breadcrumb mix, & toss to coat.
  • Step #5 Arrange shrimp in an even layer in an olive oil-greased 15- x 9-inch jellyroll pan.
  • Step #6 Bake at 400° for 20 mins, stirring twice.
  • Step #7 Serve warm.
