Seared Sesame-coated Salmon Sandwich With Wasabi Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsps sesame seeds
  •  Spinach leaves
  • 3 (6-oz) fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  •  Wasabi Mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; brush over salmon.
  • Step #2 Dredge salmon in sesame seeds.
  • Step #3 Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add salmon, & cook 4 mins on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  • Step #4 Split baguette; toast, if desired.
  • Step #5 Spread Wasabi Mayonnaise on bread; layer spinach, salmon, & cucumber.
  • Step #6 Cut into 4 pieces.
