Garlic-and-dill Feta Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4-oz) package crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp sliced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried dillweed
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp salt
Cucumber slices (optional)
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper

Directions

Step #1 Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Step #2 Cover up & chill 8 hrs.
Step #3 Serve with cucumber slices, if desired.
Step #4 Note: Spread may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Step #5 Thaw in refrigerator at least 24 hrs.
Step #6 Stir before serving.
