Garlic-and-dill Feta Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (4-oz) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried dillweed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  •  Cucumber slices (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill 8 hrs.
  • Step #3 Serve with cucumber slices, if desired.
  • Step #4 Note: Spread may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
  • Step #5 Thaw in refrigerator at least 24 hrs.
  • Step #6 Stir before serving.
