Ahi Poke Martini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c ogo
  • 1 c cubed mango
  • 1 (2-oz) jar golden caviar, drained
  • 1/2 c finely sliced Maui or other sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Hawaiian salt or sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 lb sashimi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
  •  Garnishes: banana leaf, orchid

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together caviar & wasabi paste; set aside.
  • Step #2 Combine mango & mayonnaise in a mixer, & process until smooth.
  • Step #3 Stir in caviar mixture.
  • Step #4 Combine tuna & next 7 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; toss carefully.
  • Step #5 Spoon about 1 tbsp mango mayonnaise into each of 8 martini glasses.
  • Step #6 Top each evenly with tuna mixture; spoon extra mango mayonnaise over each.
  • Step #7 Garnish, if desired.
  • Step #8 Note: If you are able to purchase wasabi tobiko, use a 2-oz jar in place of golden caviar & wasabi paste.
