Candy Cane-cheese Logs Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
Assorted crackers
1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz Roquefort cheese
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c sesame seeds, toasted
1 c finely sliced dried cranberries
2 tbsps sliced onion

Directions

Step #1 Process Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, & next 6 ingredients in a mixer or food processor/blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Step #2 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
Step #3 Shape cheese mixture into 3 (10-inch) logs.
Step #4 Press opposite sides of each log in sliced cranberries; press remaining sides in toasted sesame seeds.
Step #5 Gently twist log to form spiral stripes.
Step #6 Curve one end to form a cane.
Step #7 Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Step #8 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
Step #9 Serve with assorted crackers.
