Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps butter or margarine
  • 2 tsps Caribbean Jerk Spice uping
  • 2 tsps grated orange rind
  • 2 c lightly salted whole cashews

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Heat butter in an 8-inch cake pan in oven for 2 to 3 mins or until melted; stir in the nuts & remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
  • Step #3 Bake at 350° for 20 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #4 Arrange cashews in a single layer on wax paper, & let cool.
  • Step #5 Store in an airtight container.
