Hot Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, shell pieces removed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsps grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c dry breadcrumbs
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1 c fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsps sliced green onion
  • 1 (8-oz) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsps Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Step #2 Combine first 9 ingredients in a food processor/blender; process until smooth.
  • Step #3 Combine cottage cheese mixture, cream cheese, & onion In a large-ish bowl; carefully fold in crab.
  • Step #4 Place crab mixture in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Bake at 375° for 30 mins.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with Parmesan & breadcrumbs.
  • Step #7 Bake at 375° for 15 mins or until lightly golden.
