Chickpea-and-red Pepper Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Baked Pita Chips
  • 1 (16-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (7-oz) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained
  •  Garnish: fresh parsley sprig
  • 1/2 c nonfat sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Process first 6 ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
  • Step #3 Garnish, if desired; serve this with Baked Pita Chips.
