Step #1 Pour garbanzos into a fine strainer set over a bowl to collect liquid; reserve liquid.
Step #2 In a mixer, garlic, 2 tbsps olive oil, mix garbanzos, sesame oil, lemon juice, & 1/3 c of the reserved garbanzo liquid.
Step #3 Whirl until smooth & creamy.
Step #4 Add salt & pepper to taste, and, if mixture is too stiff, 1 to 2 more tbsps liquid; hummus should be soft but still stiff enough to hold its shape.
Step #5 Scrape into a shallow serving bowl.
Step #6 Shortly before serving, drizzle with 2 more tbsps olive oil if desired.
