Ingredients
  • 3/4 c herbed cream cheese, softened
  • 12 pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
  • 1/2 c alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 4 slices dark pumpernickel bread, crusts removed

Directions
  • Step #1 Place bread slices on a large cutting board.
  • Step #2 Spread cream cheese evenly onto bread slices.
  • Step #3 Top cream cheese with salmon.
  • Step #4 Cut each bread slice into 6 squares.
  • Step #5 Top each with alfalfa sprouts & an olive half.
