Ingredients
  • 6 tbsps European or European-style butter, at about room temp
  • 1/2 lb small radishes, scrubbed & trimmed
  •  About 1 tbsp kosher salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the radishes in a small serving dish.
  • Step #2 Serve the butter & a small dish of salt on the side.
  • Step #3 Direct guests to spread a radish with some butter & sprinkle it with a little salt.
