Goat Cheese And Chocolate-stuffed Dates Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 c (2 oz) goat cheese
  • 24 whole pitted Medjool dates

Directions
  • Step #1 Open the slit in each date; stuff about 1/2 tsp goat cheese & about 1/8 tsp chocolate inside each date.
  • Step #2 Close date around filling; press carefully to seal.
  • Step #3 Arrange stuffed dates in a single layer on a platter; sift powdered sugar over dates.
  • Step #4 Note: Refrigerate stuffed dates in an airtight container for up to two days.
