Napa-crab Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c fresh lump crabmeat
  • 3/4 c sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 c grape tomatoes
  • 1 c cashews
  • 8 c finely sliced Napa cabbage (about 1 head)
  • 1 c mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine mayonnaise & lemon juice, stirring well; cover & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #2 Gently toss together cabbage & remaining ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #3 Carefully toss in dressing.
  • Step #4 Serve as soon as possible.
