Spicy Cashews Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
  • 2 (7-oz) jars dry-roasted cashews
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter with oil In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame; add cashews, & cook 3 to 5 mins or until browned.
  • Step #2 Remove cashews, & drain on paper towels; place this in a bowl.
  • Step #3 Combine salt, ground red pepper, & chili powder in a small bowl.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top over warm cashews, tossing to coat.
  • Step #5 Prep: 5 min.
  • Step #6 , Cook: 5 min.
