Ingredients
  •  Marinated Tortellini
  • 1 (7-oz) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained
  • 1 (8-oz) container commercial hummus
  • 3/4 lb assorted cheeses
  • 1 (10-oz) jar pepperoncini salad peppers, drained
  • 3/4 lb assorted olives, drained
  • 3/4 lb thinly sliced Italian meats
  • 1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichokes, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Arrange all ingredients on a platter or on small serving plates.
  • Step #2 Serve with French bread & assorted crackers.
  • Step #3 Note: Caroline selected a tomato-basil torte, fresh garlic-herb goat cheese, thinly sliced prosciutto, salami , Boschetto Italian cheese,and mortadella from her local market.
