Sweet-and-sour Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Garnish: fresh basil leaves
  •  Pita chips
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh basil
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 1 (10-oz.) jar pitted kalamata olives (about 2 c), drained
  • 1 tbsp drained capers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Pulse first 6 ingredients in a food processor/blender or mixer until coarsely sliced.
  • Step #2 Gradually add oil, processing just until mixture is well mixed.
  • Step #3 Cover up & chill until ready to serve.
  • Step #4 Garnish, if desired.
  • Step #5 Serve with pita chips.
