Cranberry Pheasant Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 pheasant, cleaned & cut into pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Arrange the pheasant pieces in a lightly greased shallow baking dish.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, stir this together the onion soup mix, cranberry sauce & Catalina dressing.
  • Step #4 Pour the sauce over the pheasant.
  • Step #5 Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
  • Step #6 Bake for 1 hr in the preheated oven, until meat comes easily off the bone.
