Tennessee Caviar Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Tortilla chips
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh cilantro
  • 1 (11-oz) can yellow corn with red & green bell peppers
  • 2 tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded & sliced
  • 1 small sweet onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (15.8-oz) can black-eyed peas
  • 1 c hot picante sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Rinse & drain peas & corn.
  • Step #2 Stir together peas, tomatoes, corn, & next 5 ingredients in a serving bowl; cover & chill at least 2 hrs.
  • Step #3 Serve with tortilla chips.
