Step #2 Remove white papery skin from garlic head (do not peel or separate the cloves).
Step #3 Wrap in foil wrap.
Step #4 Bake at 350° for 1 hr; cool 10 mins.
Step #5 Separate cloves; squeeze to extract garlic pulp.
Step #6 Discard skins.
Step #7 Prepare grill or broiler.
Step #8 Place tomatoes & peppers on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; grill or broil for 15 mins or until skins are blackened, turning every once in awhile.
Step #9 Peel tomatoes & peppers.
Step #10 Place half of garlic pulp, & half of peppers in a mixer, half of tomatoes, & process until coarsely sliced.
