Grilled Stone Fruit Antipasto Plate Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  •  Dressing:
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 lb firm pluots, halved & pitted
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  •  Mint sprigs (optional)
  • 3 tbsps white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsps extravirgin olive oil
  • 1 lb firm black plums, halved & pitted
  • 2 tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 lb firm nectarines, halved & pitted
  • 1 lb firm peaches, halved & pitted
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  •  Fruit:

Directions
  • Step #1 Prepare grill.
  • Step #2 To prepare dressing, mix first 8 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
  • Step #3 To prepare fruit, place fruit on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 mins on each side.
  • Step #4 Remove from grill.
  • Step #5 Drizzle fruit with dressing.
  • Step #6 Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
