Two-tomato Tapas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 dried tomato halves in oil, drained & sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 1/3 c crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pepper
  • 24 baguette slices
  • 1/4 c minced sweet onion
  • 2 large plum tomatoes, seeded & sliced
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Italian 6-cheese mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 8 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Step #3 Spoon tomato mixture evenly over slices.
  • Step #4 Bake tapas at 350° for 7 to 8 mins or until cheese melts.
