1/2 c (2 oz) finely shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 (16-oz) can Great Northern beans, drained
1/2 c sliced onion, divided
1/4 c sliced green onion tops
1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained
1 (4.5-oz) can sliced green chiles, drained
1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
Directions
Step #1 Combine the Great Northern beans, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c sliced onion, & 1 garlic clove in a food processor/blender; process until smooth.
Step #2 Spoon white bean mixture into a bowl on one side; set aside.
Step #3 Combine the black beans, chiles, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 c sliced onion, 1/4 tsp salt, & cumin in a food processor/blender; process until smooth.
Step #4 Spoon black bean mixture into other side of bowl containing white bean mixture.
Step #5 Sprinkle top cheddar cheese & green onions between 2 bean dips.
