Sticky Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 c teriyaki sauce
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3/4 c soy sauce
  • 1 c firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut off wingtips, & discard; cut wings in half at joint.
  • Step #2 Combine soy sauce & next 5 ingredients in a broiler pan; add chicken, turning to coat.
  • Step #3 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
  • Step #4 Drain chicken, discarding marinade.
  • Step #5 Return chicken to pan.
  • Step #6 Bake at 375° for 1 hr.
  • Step #7 Broil 5 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 10 mins or until browned.
  • Step #8 Serve with carrot & celery sticks & dip, if desired.
