Step #1
In a medium bowl, seasoned salt, mix garlic powder, onion salt, white pepper, & oregano.
Step #2 Place ribs in a large roasting pan, & rub evenly with the garlic powder mixture to coat.
Step #3 Pour distilled white vinegar & 1/2 the beer, or enough to cover ribs, into the pan.
Step #4 Cover pan, & marinate ribs in the refrigerator 8 hrs, or overnight.
Step #5 Prepare an outdoor grill for indirect, medium heat, & lightly oil grate.
Step #6 In a large saucepan, margarine, Worcestershire sauce, maple syrup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, whisk together remaining beer, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, & honey mustard.
Step #7 Bring to boil.
Step #8 Cover, reduce heat, & let simmer 15 mins, or until a thick sauce has formed.
Step #9 Remove ribs from the marinade mixture, & coat liberally with the sauce.
Step #10 Place on the prepared grill, & cook 1 1/2 to 2 hrs, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Step #11 Brush frequently with the sauce while cooking.
