Mixed Olive Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp capers, rinsed & drained
  • 1 c green olives, pitted (about 4 oz)
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 c kalamata olives, pitted (about 4 oz)
  • 10 oil-cured olives, pitted (about 1 oz)
  • 2 tsps sliced fresh thyme
  • 3 canned anchovy fillets (about 1/4 oz)

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender; pulse 10 times or until olives are finely sliced.
