Roasted Red Pepper And Cannellini Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 (7-oz) bottle roasted red bell peppers, rinsed & drained
  • 2 tbsps extravirgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (16-oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor/blender; process until smooth.
  • Step #2 With processor on, slowly add oil through food chute.
  • Step #3 Stir in salt & black pepper.
