Cranberry Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps minced fresh mint or 1 tbsp crushed dried mint
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 c fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Position slicing disc in food processor/blender bowl.
  • Step #2 Place cranberries in food chute; slice, applying light pressure with food pusher.
  • Step #3 Combine cranberries & remaining ingredients in a small bowl; toss carefully.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill 24 hrs or up to 4 days.
  • Step #5 Serve with sweet potato chips as an appetizer or with turkey or pork sandwiches.
