Bacon-stuffed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 (3-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  •  Garnish: sliced chives, if desired
  • 2 tsps prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Place eggs In a large-ish saucepan; add water to depth of 3 inches.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil; cover, remove this from heat, & let this stand 15 mins.
  • Step #3 Drain as soon as possible & fill the saucepan with cold water & ice.
  • Step #4 Tap each egg firmly on the counter until cracks form all over the shell.
  • Step #5 Peel under cold running water.
  • Step #6 Slice eggs in half lengthwise, & carefully remove yolks.
  • Step #7 Mash yolks with mayonnaise.
  • Step #8 Add bacon & next 5 ingredients; stir well.
  • Step #9 Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
  • Step #10 Garnish, if desired.
