Rolled Olive Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c sliced salad olives
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans, toasted
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 24 thin sandwich bread slices

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove crusts from bread; reserve crusts for another use.
  • Step #2 Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
  • Step #3 Stir together cream cheese & remaining ingredients.
  • Step #4 Spread 2 tbsps cream cheese mixture on 1 side of each bread slice.
  • Step #5 Roll up tightly; cover & chill at least 4 hrs.
  • Step #6 To serve, cut each roll this into 4 slices.
