Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 c cold milk
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 1/3 c crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2/3 c smooth peanut butter
  • 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Place peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Step #2 Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  • Step #3 Spread warm peanut butter into bottom of pie crust.
  • Step #4 In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix & milk until smooth.
  • Step #5 Pour pudding over peanut butter layer.
  • Step #6 Chill before serving.
  • Step #7 Top with whipped topping & crushed cookies.
